How do I import Etsy order items into Printbest as CSVs?

If due to technical issues your Etsy order does not automatically sync to Printbest, you will need to manually import your Etsy order items into Printbest for us to fulfill the order.

First, export your order items from Etsy.

1. Log in to your Etsy account and go to Settings > Options > Download Data.
2. Under the Orders section, select CSV type > Order Items. Choose the time period and click Download CSV.

   **Important! Please do not modify, edit, or change the downloaded template columns, SKU’s, or product information. This includes adding spaces, additional columns, line items, or changing the SKU’s to your own. If modified, you will receive import failed error.

Then, import your order items into Printbest.

1. Log into your Printbest account and go to My Dashboard > My Orders.
   
2. Select your Etsy store and enter the Etsy order numbers.
3. Upload your CSV file and click Import.
   
4. Check that the order items have been imported successfully, by looking at the orders list for My Printbest Orders > All.
