Any changes you make to an order on the Shopify or WooCommerce admin pages will not affect your Printbest™ order in any way. Your order will continue proceeding as it was originally ordered.
Changing the quantity or specifications of an order on the admin page does not change them on your actual Printbest™ order. It will continue to proceed based on what was originally ordered.
Removing a Printbest™ item on the admin page does not remove it from your actual Printbest™ order. It will continue to proceed and be fulfilled.
Cancelling an order with Printbest™ items on the admin page does not stop the Printbest™ items from proceeding. It will continue to proceed and be fulfilled. While you cannot cancel a Printbest™ item after it is ordered, you can contact us by writing a support ticket asking us to prevent the item from shipping out.
Requesting fulfillment on the admin page will not impact the Printbest™ order. Our system will automatically begin fulfilling your order if you have enough funds in your Printbest™ Wallet to cover the order amount. If you do not have sufficient funds, your order will be held until sufficient funds are received.
For these reasons, we highly recommend that you do not make changes to any Printbest™ orders on the Shopify or WooCommerce admin pages.
