This is because some online store platforms will automatically change storefront images based on the screen size window. This is not something that is controlled by Printbest™. If you provide high resolution designs, we will print them with high resolution. The online store image is only a low resolution proof.
We recommend reaching out to your online store platform to see if they can have this issue rectified.
