Canceling, holding, or changing an order is not always possible. We are only able to cancel, hold, or change an order if it has not been sent to production yet. To make a request, please create a support ticket.
Once the order has been sent to production, we are no longer able to cancel, hold, or change the job.
If your order is put on hold before it reaches production, you can cancel your order within 25 days of ordering and receive a full refund.
After 25 days, you can still cancel your order if it is on hold, but it would no longer be eligible for a refund of the full amount you paid. We would have to deduct the cost of the blank merchandise.
