To view the orders that have been placed through Printbest’s™ integration, go to My Dashboard > My Orders.
The All tab contains information on all your orders, including their status in the fulfillment process.
The In Production tab shows you which orders have been processed and are in the production process at our facilities.
The Payment Issue tab shows you which orders have not been processed. These jobs are on hold until payment is received.
The Shipped tab shows which orders have been shipped out.
You can search for orders by their number in the search bar at the top.
You can also change stores by clicking All Stores in the dropdown menu.
